How Does Our Club Work?
Our club operates on a 12 week cycle. This means that we focus on different aspects of the game each week, and work to develop players key competencies through the cycle. In addition, we operate on a standard model that is adopted by US Youth Soccer and many other international football organizations around the world.
Our “Play, Practice, Play” method is the preferred method for our club to ensure everyone has a realistic and challenging game like environment to play in.
In this method, we encourage players to think for themselves, and develop through a guided and question based approach.
When you become a part of the APFC you commit to giving your best every day, and we support you to become your best with the most comprehensive and competitive development for every level of player.
How many days a week?
Unlike every other academy out there, we are only focused on the only two things that really matter; making you a better player, and having fun. That is why we offer every player the opportunity to play more and pay less than any other academy. We play 4 days a week, it is included in the regular price, and is by far the best value there is.
For players: This means that you will get better faster, which helps build a more cohesive team focused on speed and understanding of the game.
For parents: This means your child will get to play the game more, and in an environment which will help develop their language skills, and confidence.
We can do this because we want the best for your children, and for them to have the best environment to develop their game and social skills. It’s a win/win/win for everyone, and that is the only way we want to work.
Here is what sets us apart:
Equipment
We use the same equipment that professional international academies use in the USA and Europe, and some even that others wish they had.
Our classes will use a wide variety of equipment including laser timing system, mannequins, re-bounders, target nets, mini goals, agility equipment, speed tools, and much more.
We don’t use the same cheap equipment that is found at every other field, we use real, high quality, and essential equipment that professional teams use.
Coaching
Our teams are always coached by leaders and qualified through professional play, international standards of education, and/or methodology. We do this because every player deserves a professional environment to develop in.
We actively work to continuously improve, through our lesson plans, monitoring players performance and achievements, and all while providing encouraging feedback to develop individual traits and team mentality.
We don’t focus on winning at younger ages, but we do learn from mistakes and reinforce the positives to encourage and challenge abilities.
Play Initiatives
At APFC we follow the new initiatives and methodology that US Youth Soccer and international organizations like Germany, France, Spain, and others similarly use.
In utilizing this system, we focus on developing each player’s unique skills and abilities on an individual level while supporting them to have a healthy and active lifestyle through a team based approach.
We achieve this by giving players the best environment to learn, grow, and succeed through a long-term development approach. This method guides them through a process of personal growth, understanding, and progression from fun to competitive football environments.
Mentality
Our goal is to support you/your child as a player and as a person, and to develop the qualities that will help them go as far as possible in football, and in life. Our team will always strive to be better, to develop, and to succeed. We accomplish this through hard work, dedication, and a relentless spirit that drives our strength.
Our players will be strong in body and mind, they will make good choices through understanding, and will have the fortitude to persevere in the face of adversity. We will not let anyone or anything deter us from achieving our dreams.
FEE STRUCTURE
Included in the Equipment Set:
1 uniform set (including shirt, shorts, socks), & ball.
Additional/Optional Offerings:
Video Call Professional Player/Coach (15 minutes) – VND1.500.000++
Private Training Sessions Per Person- VND 600.000/hour
Special Events – Based on Request

All fees are inclusive of VAT.
Parents are responsible to be on-time for pick-up.
Transfer fees are covered by customer.
No refunds for missed or delayed training.
