The Asia Pacific Football Tournament is proud to host the Bangkok International 7s Football Tournament. Catering to adult teams aged 18+, 35+, 45+, and 55+ there are 4 divisions of play for the event. The event has been running for many years and has seen consistent and steady growth each year to be one of the best run Tournaments in the Asia Pacific region. We expect this tournament will continue to grow to over 60 teams this year thanks to its great organization, and amazing facilities.
A favorite attraction for traveling teams, the tournament boasts beautiful grass fields courtesy of Patana Sports School Complex which are the finest in Bangkok. The event is truly international with more than 80% of teams coming from international locations to compete in Thailand’s best football tournament.
The event is regularly held in early June, and in 2024 will run on June 8th and 9th, with the Opening Party and Captain’s Meeting on June 3rd. As usual, teams are allowed to have a total of 12 players on a team, and the keeper and 2 field players in the 35+, 45+, 55+ divisions can be 5 years younger than the age bracket minimum. At the fields you will find food, drinks, great facilities, and a special VIP area for all your adult beverages. In addition, there is plenty of shaded seating and other area to enjoy on the grounds, so go ahead and bring the family to make the most of your trip if you can.
There are detailed rules below, but some important ones include: 1. No sliding tackles, no offside, rolling substitutions with no limit, and 8-10 minute estimated halves based on referee time keeping. Book your slot early as this event is always full!
