The Schedule.

We have put together a general schedule for you to see the tournament in a day by day breakdown. That way you can make the most of your time on and off the field.

Our team has worked hard to make sure we offer a great schedule, and fun activities. From the Welcoming Party and all the way through to the Final Ceremony we have your covered. Giving you plenty of free time to enjoy a load of other things either in the evening, or by staying additional days.

In addition, should you need help putting together some day to day or other activities we can help. We have many packages including everything you could need, and will find the right option for you.

Both our Country Managers and Travel Manager are ready to support on anything you need. They have years of experience both in helping groups and individuals make memorable trips. That way you will be able to share more experiences with others. Just let us know what you are thinking and we will do the rest.

Team Check In
Once you arrive in town, we want to meet your team. This gives us a chance to say hello, get you your player tournament cards, and have you fully checked in so that you are ready to compete the next morning.

Opening Party
Let the party begin! We will officially welcome all the participants, introduce our team, give everyone some information, and have a little fun before the event begins.

Manager’s Meeting
In a separate area we will meet with all coaches to go over the rules in detail and clarify any questions regarding the weekend and how the schedule will work.
July 27 - 8:00am
First Games Start
Come to the field well rested and be ready for the group stage, we suggest arriving 1 hour in advance of your first game to ensure you have time to get into the right frame of mind and warm-up. Your team will be playing 3 or 4 games this day depending on a number of factors.

Coaches Party
After the games come on over to the APFT Buffet Dinner with your teammates and family to enjoy some great food and refuel for the Championship Day’s games. This event is available for pre-sale and highly recommended to get in advance as it will likely sell out.

Championship Games Day
It all comes down to this! Regardless of how you did the first day your team is still fighting for a trophy they can win. Based on the number of teams we will have up to 3 competitions for each age group.

Awards Ceremony
We will be running the awards all afternoon and into the evening as the final games for each age group are played. Stick around the whole day to see all the champions play for glory and the inaugural cup!

Please keep in mind:

This schedule is the planned schedule, and may be adjusted as needed depending on the number of teams. Items such as number of games, game start and end times each day, awards ceremony, and duration of tournament may be adjusted. Depending on the final number of teams and number of fields we will adjust as needed.

We highly suggest that you plan to to travel on day outside of the schedule to ensure you don’t miss any action! Better yet, stay a few extra days and enjoy even more fun with a tour or team building trip.
